Justicia & Eros Go on Tour

This is a satirical parody; any similarities to real life are purely coincidental. Also, if you are interested, here is the most recent prequel to this series, Justicia and Eros.

It is a sunny day in Los Angeles, CA. Four angelic figures descend from a batch of clouds. They are invisible to the people living their daily lives.

Eros: Wow, the sky used to be safer.

Justicia: Yeah, you can blame Trump and his administration for both the government shutdown and the air traffic controllers’ unemployment.

Fortuna: Let’s be honest, anything awful happening in the world can be blamed on Trump.

All three look at Fortuna and burst out laughing.

Esperanza (chuckles): Wow! I am living for your new attitude, sweetie!

Fortuna: I’m sorry that I’m not actually sorry.

Justicia quickly hugs them both.

Justicia: Thank you both again for being here!

Esperanza: Girl, the moment you said that you and Eros were officially together and going to the U.S. to help with everything; I was like tell me the day, time, and place, because I’ve been ready!

Fortuna (excited): Me too! I’m ready to work with my set of angels to bless the voting!

Esperanza: Same! I’m ready to bless and protect the people, candidates, and elected officials! Don’t want to brag, but my angels are some amazing guardians!

Justicia: Yes! Luckily, Felicity has been protecting V.P. Kamala Harris, after Trump took away her Secret Service protection unit.

Eros: Felicity is an amazing guardian angel; I’m glad the former Vice President is safe and will continue to stay safe.

Esperanza: Listen, can I just say what we’ve all been thinking?

Fortuna: I think I know what you mean.

Justicia and Eros nod somewhat concerned and apprehensively.

Esperanza: I mean, I know that I am biased as the angel of hope, but I would’ve hoped that former Vice President Harris would run for the CA governor position!!

Fortuna: Honestly, sweetie. Same here!

Justicia: I mean, I definitely agree with you both, but I also get her perspective.

Eros: You all would’ve definitely blessed her campaign.

Fortuna: So true!

Esperanza: You know I would’ve worked extra and overtime!!

Everyone nods understandingly.

Justicia: I mean, she would finally prove to everyone how a woman would preside over the people.

Fortuna: She also would’ve made history as the first CA female governor, ever.

Eros: Come on, ladies, don’t get too sad now. We’re here to help out the people.

Esperanza: Sorry, you know how I am; it’s difficult for me to surrender hope, literally.

Justicia claps, and everyone looks at her.

Justicia: Right, like Eros said, it’s back to work. Esperanza, the majority of your angels are assigned to protect the people, varying from immigrants to the protesters.

Esperanza: Yes, ma’am! I’ve also sent out some messenger angels to inform the people’s original guardian angels and update them about God’s new plans, as times have been changing.

Justicia: Perfect! Once you’re done here, you’ll be needing to join America in Chicago and help her with protecting the people as well there, with the same plan, please! Then we’ll meet in Seattle!

Esperanza nods and then disappears.

Justicia (cont’d): Fortuna, if you could help out with the voting centers like you said, and then head on over to New York to work with Liberty.

Fortuna: Bestie, you know I was born for this. I’ll see you two lovebirds later!

Fortuna winks; Justicia and Eros blush; then, Fortuna chuckles as she disappears.

Eros: Are you sure you need me? I think the group has it all under control.

Justicia: We still have to go and protect Seattle, Washington. They’re sanctuary cities that we’ll keep blessing. Plus, Medusa, Athena, and Aphrodite have decided to join us after Ares decided to join Satan and Trump.

Eros: But what can I do?

Justicia: You can keep igniting the flame of love. Reminding people about empathy is one of the most beautiful gifts and a form of love that destroys hate and bigotry.

Eros: That’s true! Afterall, the reason why men become dictators is because they’ve never felt true love.

Justicia: Exactly, and unfortunately, those dictators will never feel the gift of love, which is why they are so keen to hurt others.

Eros: Yup, like they say, you can’t teach old dogs new tricks.

Justicia: Also, we need to help out in the investigation and bring justice for the little girl, Celeste Rivas Hernandez.

Eros: Yeah, talk about another guy who failed to understand the concept of age restrictions and love.

Justicia gently hugs Eros.

Justicia: Don’t worry, things will be getting better soon.

BLACKOUT.
