Today is February 10, 2025; as of right now, there is a lot of sadness in the world, both from the elected, wannabe-dictator and globally from so many wars and war tensions. Humanity, sometimes, feels to be more cruel than the rest of the animal kingdom, but there are beautiful moments on the micro-everyday level. While I am deeply political, for I cannot afford to be apolitical and that is my revenge against the discrimination that my culture and other minorities have dealt with and continue to deal with, I also want to write beautiful, happy stories to help give my heart, body, mind and soul a slice of hope. Therefore, I find this week, the one of Valentine’s Day, the best to help provide not so much a distraction, but a gentle reminder that laughter and love are still present, even in these difficult times. I hope you enjoy and find comfort in these little silly stories, as I do.
